Refund Eligibility

If your vehicle history report cannot be delivered within 12 hours due to a systematic problem, you will be eligible for a full refund of your payment.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us with your order ID and transaction details at

Once your claim is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for reasons other than system-related delays (e.g., incorrect details provided by the user).
